Data Deletion Request

At Varia, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account or remove personal information stored within our app, you can submit a data deletion request at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

• Your account details (name, email, profile information).
• Your uploaded study materials and timetable records.
• Any logs or usage data associated with your account.

Please note that anonymized or aggregated data (not linked to you personally) may be retained for analytical and security purposes.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data, please contact us using one of the methods below:

When submitting a request, please provide the email address linked to your account so we can verify ownership before processing the deletion.

Processing Time

Your request will be reviewed and completed within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is finalized.

Important Note

After your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Varia again, you will need to create a new account.
